How can I contact Gentlemen's Cove?

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Once you place your order, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing orders. After this, 10-15 business days for delivery. This is worst case scenario and most orders are delivered before this estimated timeframe.

Are we able to track our order?

- Yes! All orders include tracking. The tracking number will automatically be sent to your email that you've provided us with. You can track you purchase by heading to the Track Your Order page & entering you tracking number.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

- You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your order is on it's way!

How can I pay?

- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Paypal.

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

- When you order multiple items at a time, some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Can I cancel or change my order?

- We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.

Can I refund or exchange my order?

- Refunds are only permissible if the product is defective on arrival. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the package to file for a refund due to damaged merchandise.

Taxes & Duties:

- We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
